Crown Rehab Inc. was established in 1991 in Matawan, New Jersey, USA. It is a Medicare Certified Comprehensive Outpatient Rehab Facility. At Crown Rehab Inc., our staff has the following qualifications:
- Graduates of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy from Accredited Colleges across the United States of America.
- State Licensed Therapists in their specific fields: PT, OT, and ST
- Registered by the APTA, NBCOT, and ASLA
We only team up with professionals whose clinical experience ranges from two to twenty years of practice in patient care delivery.
