As part of our comprehensive intervention program, we also have expert assistants on board who are supervised by Senior Physical and Occupational Therapists. The responsibilities of our Physical and Occupational Therapy Assistants or Aides include:
- Documentation of patient records
- Clinical observation of the patient before and after treatment
- Support patients during the rehabilitative care implementation
- Patient and family education and consultation
- Utilize medical and assistive equipment
- Clerical tasks
- Assist senior therapists with various massage and intervention strategies
